The AAMO Asian Management Games 2024, jointly conducted by the Macau Management Association (MMA) and AIMA, took place through online mode from 10th May to 5th July 2024, featuring top teams across Asia.

Representing India, the NTPC Team comprising of Shri Gaurav Srivastava, Senior Manager (Operations), Dadri Gas, Shri Chinnathambi G, Senior Manager (PMI-NSB), Rihand, and Shri Mukesh Yadav, Senior Manager (C & I Maint) Rihand, emerged as the First Runners-Up in this fiercely competitive tournament.

Asian Management Games is one of the annual activities of the Asian Association of Management Organizations (AAMO), currently organized by Macau Management Association, which aims at connecting different national management organizations in the Asia Pacific region.

These virtual Simulation Games serve as an effective tool for the participants to understand the complexities involved in running modern day corporations. They offer a chance to experiment with decisions and strategies to achieve deeper insights into the processes of strategic decision making.

The exceptional performance of the team serves as a testament to NTPC's robust people practices, which not only enhance the capabilities of its employees but also provide them with a platform to showcase their skills and bring honour to the organization.

This remarkable accomplishment is not only a proud moment for NTPC, but also for the Nation.
